5-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies - Tidy & Delicious.

Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I would say regular cookies, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I am really fairly in love. And when chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!

Plus they only require 15 minutes to make and clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!

This really isn't a recipe. It is me telling you to combine two items together for sweet satisfaction which you don't need to feel guilty about.

For reals. No bizarre processed ingredients out of a box. Virtually all natural materials.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (use GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think that they're a good breakfast (or healthful treat!) For all those you're That's unless you are allergic to peanuts or yoghurt. Sorry!

The options are endless with those little bites! Try adding in some of the following to make it your own:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Banana and celery bake together to make easy breakfast biscuits that tasty such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed

2 cups gluten free yoghurt

If desired you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats act as the consistency of bread; it's okay if it is not absolutely soil.

In large bowl blended mashed banana with oats until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your favorite add-in; I used dark chocolate chips plus a tsp Going Here of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; squirt a bit with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Makes about 16 biscuits.
